Mali Qualifies for AFCON Round of 16 Alongside Morocco After Goalless Draw with Comoros

The Mali national team has qualified for the Africa Cup of Nations round of 16 following a goalless draw (0-0) against Comoros. The match was played today, Monday, at Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat, as part of the final round of the continental championship's group stage.
A defensive approach from both teams led to the goalless stalemate, which ultimately secured Mali's progression to the knockout phase alongside hosts Morocco.
Morocco finished atop Group A with 7 points, followed by Mali in second place with 3 points. Comoros secured third place with two points, while Zambia finished last, also with two points.
