Bensghir: 'We Faced a Good Team, Will Correct Mistakes for Next Match'

Moroccan international Eliesse Benghir affirmed that the national team understands the magnitude of the responsibility to rectify the 1-1 draw against Mali in the second group stage match of the Africa Cup of Nations.

Benghir stated in press remarks: "We faced a good team. We knew that after their first match, which ended in a draw, they would come back with better intentions and ambitions for this second match."

He added: "Now, the match ended in a draw, and we know what we must do for the rest of the competition. We will try to correct the mistakes we made in this match, and God willing, we will return strongly to win the next match."
