
Ronaldo: Brazil's World Cup Chances Exceed 95% of Other Teams
Brazilian football legend Ronaldo Nazário has expressed his confidence in the Seleção's prospects ahead of the upcoming World Cup, highlighting the quality of Brazilian talent currently playing for Europe's biggest clubs.
Speaking in comments reported by the 'tribuna' website, Ronaldo stated: “We have Vinicius Junior at Real Madrid, Raphinha at Barcelona, and Estevão at Chelsea. All of them are exceptional players who are shining at major European clubs and possess strong experience.”
Ronaldo also conveyed his strong belief in Italian coach Carlo Ancelotti's leadership of the Brazilian national team, saying: “I believe we have a chance to win the World Cup. I truly believe in the work of Ancelotti, one of the greatest and most successful coaches in football history.”
Discussing the Seleção's ambitions, Ronaldo added: “I truly believe we have a chance to become world champions. Is it difficult? Yes, but it’s possible. Our chances are greater than 95% of other teams.”
It is worth noting that the Brazilian national team is in Group C of the 2026 World Cup, alongside Morocco, Scotland, and Haiti.
