Kylian Mbappé: "My Knees Are Fine and I'm Ready to Start"
Kylian Mbappé, captain of the French national team, has sent reassuring messages regarding his physical condition, confirming he has overcome the effects of a recent injury that kept him off the pitch and has regained a full sense of readiness.
During the press conference held on Wednesday, ahead of the match against Brazil, Mbappé was asked about his physical state. He was keen to reassure everyone, stating: "Do I feel any regret about what happened? I have never been a player or a person who regrets anything. All I see is the present and the near future."
He added: "I am happy because I feel better, and my knees are too, and because I enjoy playing on the field. I owe that to Real Madrid in a way, so I am happy that I am physically fit and in good health. I don't know how long I can play; you have to ask the coach. I am ready to play, and even to be a starter, but the coach is the one who will make the decisions."
It is worth noting that the French national team will face their Brazilian counterparts tomorrow, Thursday, at 21:00 GMT+1, in a friendly match in the United States, as preparation for the 2026 World Cup.
