Wydad Explains Electronic Ticketing and Stadium Entry for Azam Clash in Confederation Cup

Wydad Athletic Club has issued an official statement detailing the ticket sales process and fan access to Mohammed V Stadium for their upcoming match against Azam FC of Tanzania. The game, part of Matchday 6 of the CAF Confederation Cup group stage, is scheduled for next Sunday at 2 PM (GMT+1).

The club clarified that ticket sales will be conducted exclusively through the Wydad Ticketing electronic platform, accessible via the official website or the club's dedicated application. It emphasized that all tickets will be electronic, regardless of the purchase method.

The statement also noted that the option to collect physical paper tickets would remain available for fans who prefer this method, aiming to facilitate access and ensure a smooth organizational process.

Regarding stadium entry, Wydad stressed that access would be exclusively via the QR Code available within the application, which must be presented at control points on match day.

The club further explained that the application allows for the transfer of a ticket to another person, provided this is done at least five hours before the match kicks off. The transfer feature will be automatically disabled after this deadline.

Wydad confirmed that the official start date and time for ticket sales would be announced later via the club's official channels. The club urged its fans to follow updates on its official platforms and adhere to the organizational guidelines, ensuring the best interests of all and reflecting an image befitting the club's name and continental aspirations.
