Hazem Emam Praises AFCON Organization in Morocco: "Ideal Conditions for Players"

Former Egyptian international Hazem Emam highlighted the significant improvements in the overall organization and atmosphere of the Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco, especially when compared to previous editions.

Speaking to "On Sport" channel, Emam stated: "The climatic conditions were very ideal for footballers, as cold weather is among the best environments for playing the game at the highest level."

He added: "The stadiums were of excellent quality, alongside good accommodation, ease of movement, and well-organized matches. This provided players with all the elements for comfort and focus, allowing them to deliver beautiful football and a high competitive level."

Emam continued: "Unlike previous editions, which faced significant difficulties regarding weather, pitches, and high humidity, the current tournament leaves no room for excuses. Everything is available: modern stadiums, tight organization, comfortable atmosphere, and suitable nutrition."

He concluded: "These conditions allow players to enter matches in an ideal mental state, aiming to enjoy the game and deliver their best, which positively reflects on the quality of performance and the overall standard of the tournament."
