Bensghir Defends Regragui: "We Know He's the Coach Who Can Lead Us to the Farthest Point, and We Will Always Stand Behind Him"

Morocco national team player Elies Bensghir believes that Walid Regragui is the coach capable of leading the national squad to the farthest possible point in the Africa Cup of Nations.

In press statements, Bensghir said: "We all trust him. He is an honest person with every player, and that's why we love him more. We are ready to fight for him on the pitch, just as he has always defended each one of us. The celebration was important to us, and we wanted to celebrate with him."

It is worth noting that the Moroccan national team finished the Africa Cup of Nations group stage at the top of their group with 7 points, following a three-nil victory over Zambia in the third round.
