Brazilian Football Confederation Nears Ancelotti Contract Extension Until 2030

Media reports have revealed that the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) has entered advanced talks with Italian coach Carlo Ancelotti to extend his contract in the coming period.

According to "The Athletic" newspaper, negotiations between the two parties are progressing positively, with optimism that a final agreement extending until 2030 could be reached, provided all contractual details are finalized.

These moves come at a sensitive time, as the Brazilian national team prepares for major upcoming competitions, most notably the 2026 World Cup. The CBF aims for technical stability and to build a long-term project that will restore "A Seleção" to the winners' podium.
