De Zerbi: Aguerd Unavailable for Newcastle Clash

Roberto De Zerbi, coach of French club Olympique Marseille, announced that Moroccan defender Nayef Aguerd will miss tomorrow's highly anticipated UEFA Champions League clash against Newcastle (21:00 GMT+1).

Speaking at the pre-match press conference, De Zerbi stated: "No, Nayef will not be available to play tomorrow. Not in a five, seven, or even ten-defender formation."

The Moroccan defender is suffering from a sports hernia (pubalgia), an injury sustained during his team's French Ligue 1 match against Brest.
