MAS Coach After Victory Over U. Yaacoub El Mansour: "It's a Shame Our Fans Weren't Here, But We Appreciate Everything They Do for the Team"

Spanish coach Pablo Franco of Maghreb Fez (MAS) expressed his regret over the absence of MAS fans from the match, which his team won 2-1 against Union Touarga Yaacoub El Mansour. This absence was due to the limited number of tickets provided for visiting supporters.

The MAS coach stated in the post-match press conference: "I want to thank our fans. Even if you saw that they weren't here, we received many messages in recent days saying that they stand with us and support us from afar."

He added: "When they want to attend in large numbers, the organizational matters dictate that they cannot come in the numbers they should."

He continued: "It's true that we miss them on occasions like today. We are playing in an amazing stadium, and there is no one watching the match. We could fill the stands with wonderful fans who give this league a special color."

He went on: "What you see in Europe, or in Spain, when you watch league matches, you say this is special. So, I think it's a shame they weren't here, but we felt their support, we respect what they do, and we appreciate everything they do for our team."

He concluded: "Even if I am happy with the three points, this is also for them, because from afar they can at least celebrate the position we currently hold."

It is worth noting that the "Fatal Tigers" Ultras group, which supports Maghreb Fez, had announced its boycott of the Union Touarga Yaacoub El Mansour match due to the limited number of tickets provided for visiting fans.
