Former Tunisian International El Goubontini: "There's Hatred Towards Morocco; We Should Learn, Not Gloat"

Former Tunisian international Abdelmajid Al-Goubentini believes there is a kind of hatred and resentment towards Morocco, noting that the Kingdom has made significant progress.

Al-Goubentini stated in his remarks: "There is a kind of hatred and resentment. Morocco has advanced and made very significant strides, and instead of learning from it and benefiting from its experience, we gloat over it."

The former Tunisian player emphasized the necessity of learning from Morocco's successful experiences to foster local development and progress.

Al-Goubentini's statement comes after the Kingdom of Morocco successfully organized the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, which was won by the Senegal national team after defeating Morocco in the final match, and the events and tensions that accompanied the tournament.
