Hicham Ait Mena Reveals Wydad's Winter Transfer Deals

Hicham Ait Mena, President of Wydad Athletic Club, confirmed that three major signings are close to being finalized to strengthen the team during the upcoming winter transfer window.

Ait Mena stated in an interview with "Africafoot": "Wissam Ben Yedder has already reached a final agreement with the club and is currently in Casablanca. We are just waiting for him to terminate his contract with Sakaryaspor so he can officially join Wydad as a free agent."

He added: "Moroccan left-back Nabil Khali's signing has been concluded. As for the Latin attacking player, negotiations are still ongoing, and his identity has not yet been officially announced."

It is worth noting that Wydad Athletic Club had previously announced the signing of defender Ayman El Wafi from Swiss club Lugano on a four-and-a-half-year contract.
