Marc Bryss has once again launched a scathing attack on Samuel Eto'o, president of the Cameroonian Football Federation, following the exclusion of prominent players like goalkeeper André Onana and Vincent Aboubakar from the Africa Cup of Nations squad.

Speaking to "Afrik Foot", Bryss stated: "Eto'o excluded important players, real leaders, because it is clear that he is the one who put together this list."

The Belgian coach added: "How can we go to participate in a tournament of this magnitude without a world-class goalkeeper (Onana) or without Aboubakar? It's because these players have strong personalities and stand up to the president."

He concluded: "It's unbelievable, but it doesn't surprise me from a narcissistic person who thinks he is the most beautiful."

It is worth noting that the Cameroonian Federation announced days ago the dismissal of Marc Bryss as national team coach and the appointment of David Pagou as his successor. On the same day, the federation revealed its squad for the Africa Cup of Nations, which notably excluded prominent players such as Onana and Aboubakar.
