Cameroon FA Sacks Coach Marc Brys 20 Days Before AFCON, Appoints Bagou as Successor

The Cameroonian Football Federation announced today, Monday, the dismissal of its senior national team coach, Marc Brys, just 20 days before the Africa Cup of Nations.
The decision was made by the Cameroonian Federation's emergency committee, which convened a meeting today, bringing an end to Brys's brief tenure at the helm of the national team.
The Cameroonian Federation has appointed Cameroonian coach David Bagou as Brys's successor, tasking him with leading the national team in the Africa Cup of Nations, which is scheduled to be held in the Kingdom of Morocco between December 21, 2025, and January 18, 2026.
