Aman Stadium in Zanzibar Prepares to Host Wydad vs. Azam Less Than a Week After AS FAR-Young Africans Clash

Aman Stadium on Zanzibar Island is preparing to host the CAF Confederation Cup group stage match between Wydad AC and Tanzanian club Azam FC. This fixture comes just a few days after the stadium hosted the CAF Champions League first-round clash between AS FAR and Young Africans, which saw the Moroccan military team lose by a goal to nil.

The stadium will once again host a match involving a Moroccan team in a short timeframe. This time, it will welcome Wydad AC for an anticipated Confederation Cup encounter against Azam, having served as the venue for the AS FAR vs. Young Africans game last weekend.

Wydad will play their match against Azam next Friday at Aman Stadium, with kick-off scheduled for 5:00 PM Moroccan time.
