El Saktioui: Morocco Aim for Arab Cup Title with Humility
Tariq El Saktioui, coach of the Moroccan national B team, affirmed that his team will head to Qatar with the goal of winning the Arab Cup and honoring the national flag, despite the difficulty of the task.
Speaking at a press conference, El Saktioui stated: "Regarding our trip to Qatar, 'I am a person whose feet are always on the ground and head is always humble.' We will go to Qatar with great humility, just as we approached the Olympic Games and the African Nations Championship (CHAN)."
He continued: "We will go to achieve the Arab Cup title, and we know that we must fight and work hard for it, to honor the national flag in the best possible way. Our first objective is to advance past the group stage with all humility, seriousness, and responsibility."
He concluded: "We know that things will not be easy, as there are strong teams and teams that have qualified for the World Cup, and the competition will be very tough. Therefore, we are going to win the title, but we are not the sole favorites."
