French coach Hervé Renard, manager of the Saudi national team, has announced the final squad for the "Qatar 2025" Arab Cup. Renard opted to field the senior national team instead of the reserve squad, a move that reflects the Saudi Football Federation's ambition to present a strong showing and compete for the title.

The tournament will take place in Qatar between December 1 and 18, featuring 16 national teams. Saudi Arabia has been drawn into Group B alongside Morocco, the winner of the Oman vs. Somalia qualifier, and the winner of the Yemen vs. Comoros qualifier.

Renard's selection includes the Saudi national team's most prominent stars, led by captain Salem Al-Dawsari, along with other key players from top clubs such as Al-Hilal, Al-Nassr, and Al-Ittihad.

The full Saudi squad is as follows:

Goalkeepers: Nawaf Al-Aqidi, Abdulrahman Al-Sanbi, Raghed Al-Najjar.

Defenders: Nawaf Boushal, Mohammed Suleiman, Jihad Thikri, Hassan Al-Tambakti, Abdulelah Al-Amri, Waleed Al-Ahmed, Ali Majrashi.

Midfielders: Nasser Al-Dawsari, Abdullah Al-Khaibari, Mohamed Kanno, Murad Al-Hawsawi, Musab Al-Juwayr, Mohammed Abu Al-Shamat, Ayman Yahya.

Forwards: Salem Al-Dawsari, Abdulrahman Al-Aboud, Abdullah Al-Hamdan, Saleh Al-Shehri, Firas Al-Buraikan, Saleh Abu Al-Shamat.

Saudi Arabia will kick off their group stage campaign on December 2 against the winner of the Oman vs. Somalia qualifier. They will then face the winner of the Yemen vs. Comoros qualifier on December 5, before their highly anticipated clash with Morocco on December 8.
