Ancelotti Confirms Starting XI for Morocco World Cup Clash
Brazil coach Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed that he has already decided on his starting lineup for the Seleção's opening match against Morocco in the upcoming World Cup finals.
The announcement comes after Brazil secured a 2-1 victory over Egypt on Saturday evening, in a friendly match forming part of both nations' World Cup preparations.
Speaking at the post-match press conference, Ancelotti stated: "I have decided the starting lineup for the Morocco encounter. Any potential changes I might make will depend on certain details, but the overall plan is clear."
He added: "I believe the duo of Vinicius and Raphinha delivered a very good performance. They combined wonderfully and created chances in attacking positions; their involvement was extremely positive."
Morocco is set to face Brazil in their opening World Cup fixture on June 13 at 23:00 (+1 GMT). Both teams are part of Group C, which also features Scotland and Haiti.
