
Haaland: "Morocco is a Very Good Team... It Will Be a Difficult Match"
Norway international Erling Haaland has acknowledged the challenge of facing the Moroccan national team, describing them as a very good side, as both teams prepare for the 2026 World Cup.
Speaking on his personal Snapchat account, Haaland stated, "This is our last friendly match before the World Cup kicks off, against a very good team (Morocco). It will be a difficult match."
Morocco is scheduled to play their final preparatory friendly for the World Cup tomorrow, Sunday, against Norway at the Red Bull Arena in New Jersey, USA. The match is set to kick off at 20:00 GMT+1.
Morocco has been drawn into Group C for the World Cup, alongside Brazil, Scotland, and Haiti. Norway, meanwhile, is in Group I, where they will face France, Senegal, and Iraq.
