Kompany: "Bernabéu is the Toughest Stadium in the Champions League"
Bayern Munich coach Vincent Kompany stated that his team faces a very difficult match against Real Madrid in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-finals. He anticipates that their opponent will perform at the same level they displayed against Manchester City.
Speaking at a press conference, Kompany said: "Harry Kane's participation? We will wait until tomorrow and make a decision. We have a very good squad for the match. The most important thing for us is for Harry to be ready."
He continued: "I believe the Santiago Bernabéu is the toughest stadium in the Champions League, but we have players with experience in such matches."
Kompany concluded: "It will be a tactical game, but the small details will be crucial. We expect Real Madrid to play at the same level they showed against Manchester City."
The first leg between Real Madrid and Bayern Munich is scheduled to take place at the Santiago Bernabéu tomorrow, Tuesday, at 20:00 (GMT+1).
