AS FAR Delegation Heads to Algeria for CAF Champions League Clash Against JS Kabylie
The AS FAR Rabat delegation departed for Algeria on Thursday morning, in preparation for their upcoming match against JS Kabylie. This fixture is part of the third round of the CAF Champions League group stage.
AS FAR's journey commenced from Rabat-Salé Airport, traveling via Tunisia before reaching Algeria, as reported by "El Botola" yesterday.
The team is scheduled to hold a training session on Thursday evening to shake off travel fatigue. Another session will take place on Friday at the match venue, preceded by a press conference featuring the coach and a player.
The traveling delegation to Algeria comprises approximately 38 individuals, with high morale reported among all team members.
The match is set to be played on Saturday, kicking off at 5:00 PM Moroccan time, at the Stade Hocine Aït Ahmed in Tizi Ouzou.
AS FAR aims to secure their first victory in the group stage. They began their campaign with a defeat against Tanzania's Young Africans, before drawing with Egypt's Al Ahly in their home match in Rabat.
