"Black Army" Expresses Profound Grief for Safi Flood Victims

The "Black Army" faction, supporters of the Royal Army Club, expressed profound sorrow following the tragic incidents in the cities of Fes and Safi. These events, involving building collapses and floods, claimed the lives of several victims. The group extended its heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased and wished a swift recovery to the injured.

In a statement released by the Black Army, they said: "With immense sadness and sorrow, we received news of the painful tragedy caused by the collapse of several buildings in Fes, which resulted in innocent victims. We also extend our condolences, with hearts gripped by pain, to the victims of the floods in Safi, which swept away lives and left deep wounds in souls before bodies."

The statement continued: "We offer our sincerest condolences and sympathy to the families and relatives of the victims, praying to Almighty God to bestow His vast mercy upon them and grant them a place in His spacious gardens. We also raise our hands to God, wishing a swift recovery for all those injured in these two painful incidents, and that He compensates the affected for their patience with what is better."

The Black Army statement further expressed: "Amidst this immense tragedy, we cannot but express our deep dissatisfaction with the ongoing neglect affecting essential infrastructure. This infrastructure was supposed to serve as a protective shield, preserving citizens' dignity, security, and safety. How can dilapidated buildings be left to collapse, and drainage networks remain incapable of coping with anticipated seasonal rains, while enormous resources are allocated to construct world-class stadiums primarily intended to host international events and serve foreign visitors?"

They concluded: "The Moroccan citizen deserves robust infrastructure first and foremost, ensuring their right to safe housing and a dignified life. True development is not measured by glittering facades, but by how it safeguards lives and its fairness in prioritizing needs."
