The Inwi Professional League Division One is set to resume this weekend, following a hiatus caused by national team commitments in the Arab Cup and Africa Cup of Nations.

The ninth round of the Professional League will take place over Saturday and Sunday, with the remaining postponed fixtures to be rescheduled later. This postponement is due to several clubs' participation in continental competitions.

The round will kick off on Saturday with three matches. Olympique Dcheira will host Difaâ Hassani El Jadidi at 4 PM, followed by Maghreb Fez taking on Fath Union Sport at 6 PM. Ittihad Tanger will then travel to face Ittihad Yaacoub Mansour at 8 PM.

The action continues on Sunday with three more fixtures. Key among these is Raja Club Athletic's clash with Ittihad Touarga at 6 PM, alongside Renaissance Zemamra facing Club Meknès at 4 PM.

Meanwhile, several ninth-round matches have been postponed. These include Renaissance Berkane against Hassania Agadir, Kawkab Marrakech versus Olympique Safi, and the highly anticipated match between Wydad and FAR Rabat.

Why was the highly anticipated Wydad vs. FAR Rabat match postponed?

This crucial ninth-round fixture, alongside others, was delayed because several clubs are currently involved in continental competitions, with new dates to be rescheduled later.

What led to the Inwi Professional League's recent break in play?

The league's hiatus was primarily due to national team commitments, as players participated in significant international tournaments like the Arab Cup and Africa Cup of Nations.
