Algeria to Face DR Congo in Africa Cup Round of 16 Next Tuesday (17:00 GMT+1)

The Algerian national team has learned their opponent for the Round of 16 at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, which will be hosted by the Kingdom of Morocco.

Algeria will face the Democratic Republic of Congo in the continental tournament's Round of 16 next Tuesday, with kick-off scheduled for 5:00 PM (GMT+1).

The Congolese national team secured their qualification for the Africa Cup of Nations Round of 16 after finishing second in Group D with seven points, following their three-nil victory over Botswana.

It is worth noting that the Algerian national team will play Equatorial Guinea tomorrow, Wednesday, at 5:00 PM (GMT+1), in their final group stage match of the Africa Cup of Nations.
