Al-Salami's Jordan Reaches Arab Cup Semi-Finals, Set to Face Saudi Arabia After 1-0 Win Over Iraq

Jordan's national team has advanced to the semi-finals of the Arab Cup following a 1-0 victory over Iraq in their quarter-final clash on Friday.

National coach Jamal Al-Salami's side broke the deadlock in the 41st minute when Ali Olwan successfully converted a penalty kick, securing the decisive goal.

Iraq attempted to find an equalizer with several efforts, but the Jordanian defense held firm, ensuring "Al-Nashama" booked their place in the next stage.

Jordan will now face Saudi Arabia in the semi-finals next Monday at Al Bayt Stadium, with kick-off scheduled for 6 PM (GMT +1).
