FIFA Announces Nearly 2 Million Tickets Sold for 2026 World Cup Ahead of Final Phase

FIFA has announced that approximately two million tickets have been sold so far for the 2026 World Cup finals across its first two sales phases.

The sales process has included two previous phases: the first was exclusively for Visa cardholders, while the second was open to the general public.

The third and final ticket sales phase, known as the “Random Selection Draw,” will commence on December 11, 2025, and run until January 13, 2026. During this period, fans will be able to participate in a draw to select specific matches based on the teams and fixtures they wish to attend.

Following the tournament draw scheduled for December 5, 2025, in Washington, the full match schedule will be announced. This will allow fans to apply for single-match tickets based on the qualified teams.
