Study: Ronaldo's Physiological Age is 28, Cristiano Comments: "Data Doesn't Lie"
A recent scientific study has revealed that Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, who is 40 years old, has a physiological age of no more than 28.7 years, a difference of 12 years from his chronological age.
This revelation comes from data published by Whoop, a company specializing in smart wearables, which highlights the player's physical capabilities that defy his actual age, especially as he continues to shine on the field with his Saudi club Al Nassr.
The American company analyzes nine key metrics related to sleep, physical exertion, and overall health. These criteria include sleep quality, physical activity, heart rate zones, and body mass. Biometric data indicates that "his body is optimized for the best levels of sleep, recovery, performance, and longevity." Furthermore, an analysis of the HOMA-IR index, which measures insulin efficiency in energy production, shows that the Portuguese star possesses "high-level metabolic control, which nourishes muscles, stabilizes energy, and extends his lifespan."
Moreover, his hemoglobin levels highlight "exceptional endurance and aerobic fitness, even at the peak of every match." Ronaldo commented on these findings via his account on the X platform, stating, "Data doesn't lie."
