
Wydad Schedules Two Training Sessions in Zanzibar Ahead of Azam Clash
Wydad Athletic Club continues its preparations for the CAF Confederation Cup group stage. The team will host Kenyan side Nairobi United this coming Sunday at the Larbi Zaouli Stadium in Casablanca, before traveling to Tanzania to face Azam FC in the second round.
Wydad's management has set next Tuesday as the departure date for Tanzania. The journey will be indirect, with one stop before continuing to Zanzibar, where the match will be played on Friday, November 28, at Amaan Stadium on the island, kicking off at 5:00 PM.
For his part, coach Amine Benhachem has decided to schedule two training sessions for the team during their stay in Zanzibar, on Wednesday and Thursday. These sessions will focus on tactical and technical aspects to ensure the players' readiness for the encounter.
