Wydad Sets Tuesday for 15-Hour Journey to Tanzania Ahead of Azam Clash

Wydad AC continues its preparations for the CAF Confederation Cup group stage, with the team setting next Tuesday as the departure date for Tanzania. This trip is in anticipation of their second-round match against Tanzanian club Azam. The flight for Wydad is expected to take approximately 15 hours, including one stop before continuing the journey to Zanzibar.
Before that, Wydad will host Kenyan club Nairobi United next Sunday, starting at 8:00 PM, at the Larbi Zaouli Stadium in Casablanca. This will be the team's opening match in the group stage.
It is worth noting that the match between the Moroccan representatives and Azam of Tanzania will take place on Friday, the 28th, at Amaan Stadium on Zanzibar Island, kicking off at 5:00 PM.
