
Wahbi Schedules Light Training Session in US to Combat Fatigue Ahead of Norway Friendly
National coach Mohamed Wahbi scheduled a light training session on Thursday evening in New Jersey, USA. The session was designed to alleviate fatigue and help players regain physical freshness following an an approximately eight-hour long journey from Morocco to the United States.
Upon the Moroccan delegation's arrival at Newark Liberty International Airport, they received an official welcome from Youssef El Amrani, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to the United States, alongside Mohamed Ait Bihi, the Consul General of the Kingdom in New York.
The "Atlas Lions" delegation also received a warm reception from members of the Moroccan community residing in the United States, in an atmosphere marked by enthusiasm and strong support for the national team.
The Moroccan national team will kick off their World Cup campaign with a challenging match against Brazil on June 13, followed by a game against Scotland on June 19. They will conclude the group stage by facing Haiti on June 24. Prior to these matches, the team is scheduled to play a friendly against Norway next Sunday.
