Real Madrid coach Álvaro Arbeloa stated that his French player, Kylian Mbappé, can travel and do whatever he wants in his free time, just like any other player. However, he emphasized that "no player is bigger than the club."

Speaking at a press conference after the 2-0 La Liga victory over Espanyol, Arbeloa said: "Vinicius was a constant danger and threat to Espanyol, and he proved himself as a team leader once again.
