Arbeloa: "Mbappé Possesses Different Skills Than Brahim, So We Must Play Differently Against Bayern Munich"
Real Madrid coach Álvaro Arbeloa discussed the potential need to adjust his team's playing style following Kylian Mbappé's return from injury, especially after having primarily relied on Moroccan international Brahim Díaz.
Speaking at the pre-match press conference ahead of the clash against Bayern Munich, Arbeloa stated: "It's clear that Mbappé possesses different skills than Brahim, and for that reason, we have to play with a different style."
He continued: "However, I am happy to have such fantastic players. Mbappé came here to play in matches like these. Fortunately, we can count on everyone, and we don't have a team missing ten or eleven players."
Arbeloa concluded: "The players are fully aware of the type of match that awaits them. I don't need to warn them about anything. It's a Champions League quarter-final against a team with a great history, and in front of the Bernabéu fans who will be cheering enthusiastically."
The first leg of the UEFA Champions League quarter-final between Real Madrid and Bayern Munich is scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, at 20:00 GMT+1, at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.
