Amin Benhachem, coach of Wydad AC, discussed the impact of the absence of Hakim Ziyech and Noureddine Amrabat from the match against Olympique Safi, which is the first leg of the CAF Confederation Cup quarter-finals.
Benhachem stated in the pre-match press conference: "Olympique Safi is a fierce team, with its massive supporters, and the Ultras Shark who always give the team extra energy and a strong boost."
He continued: "We have prepared our plans that we will rely on tomorrow, amidst the absence of Ziyech and Amrabat, whose absence has created a void due to their personality and presence."
He concluded: "In previous matches, we tried to find solutions, and in the Touarga match, we presented reliable solutions, awaiting their return."
Wydad will visit Olympique Safi tomorrow, Sunday, at El Massira Stadium, with the match kicking off at 10:00 PM.
