The hosts started the encounter strongly, as Uruguayan Federico Valverde opened the scoring in the 20th minute, before the same player added a second goal just seven minutes later, giving his team an early advantage in the game.

Real Madrid maintained their attacking pressure throughout the first half, with Valverde completing his hat-trick in the 42nd minute following a decisive assist from Moroccan international Brahim Diaz. The first half concluded with the home side leading 3-0.

Brahim Diaz delivered a standout performance in the match, showcasing his quality and once again confirming his ability to make an impact in big games for the Royal club.
