According to "Foot Mercato," the proposed match will not be against Uruguay, and the opponent has not yet been officially determined, though Paraguay could be a potential contender.

The source added that discussions are underway regarding the possibility of holding this encounter at the Stade de France. However, there are no official confirmations yet regarding the venue or the final opponent, and talks continue between the involved parties to finalize the details.

It is worth noting that the President of the Ecuadorian Football Federation had previously announced a friendly match against Morocco in Madrid next March, to be held at the Cívitas Metropolitano Stadium, home of Spanish club Atlético Madrid.
