Moroccan international Oussama Terghaline, a Feyenoord player, gave an interview to the Dutch network nosl.nl, in which he expressed his feelings after Morocco's journey in the Africa Cup of Nations came to an end.

Terghaline stated: “We had a good month, and it was difficult (leaving the Moroccan national team camp) when you stay in one place for a long time. Thankfully, all the players were kind, and the group was good.”

He continued: “We did not finish things well, and it was not meant for us. It was both positive and negative; the positive aspect is that we reached the final, while the negative is that we wanted to win and keep the cup in Morocco.”
