The Disciplinary Committee of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) has issued its disciplinary decisions regarding the incidents that occurred during the final match of the Africa Cup of Nations "Morocco 2025," which pitted the Moroccan national team against its Senegalese counterpart.
The committee decided to fine the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) $200,000 for what it considered inappropriate conduct by ball boys on the field.
The Disciplinary Committee also imposed an additional fine of $100,000 due to some national team players and technical staff members invading the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) review area and obstructing the referee's work, in clear violation of Articles 82 and 83 of the CAF Disciplinary Code.
Furthermore, the Royal Moroccan Football Federation was fined $15,000 as a result of some fans using laser pointers during the final match.
