Senegalese FA President on Final Incidents: 'We Are Listening, Ready for Anything, and Will Take Appropriate Measures'
Abdoulaye Fall, President of the Senegalese Football Federation (FSF), affirmed that his organization is handling various procedures and disciplinary matters related to continental competitions with calm and responsibility. He stressed that such issues are a natural part of the football world and do not warrant concern or confusion.
The FSF President stated in remarks to local media: "We are waiting. Once we are officially informed, we will do what we have to do. We have no concerns in this regard, as we are accustomed to such procedures."
He added: "Even in this edition of the Africa Cup of Nations (CAN), there are ongoing procedures before the disciplinary committee; for example, fans who were in Tangier are facing issues due to using flares (Fumigènes). These matters are an integral part of football."
Abdoulaye Fall continued: "We are listening, and whatever happens, we will take the appropriate action, God willing. We are ready for everything, and whatever the circumstances, this is the role of an official; one should not be surprised by anything."
He concluded: "Every situation requires a corresponding stance from us, and we will be ready, God willing."
