Former Nigeria captain Sunday Oliseh stated that he has not seen his national team perform at its current level in 20 years, specifically since the "Super Eagles" reached the semi-finals of the 2006 Africa Cup of Nations, where they lost to Ivory Coast by a single goal.

Speaking on the "Global Football Insights" podcast, Oliseh said: "The Nigerian national team is not just Osimhen. Nigeria is these 11 outstanding players."
