Ighaman: "Qualification More Important Than Result; Fans Were Phenomenal"

Hamza Ighaman, a player for the Moroccan national team, affirmed that the match against Cameroon in the Africa Cup of Nations quarter-finals was not easy. He noted that the national squad successfully managed the game's difficulties and controlled its tempo, which contributed to achieving the primary objective of qualifying for the semi-finals.

Following the match, Ighaman stated: "The game was a bit difficult, but we tried to adapt to its flow and control its rhythm. The most important thing in all of this is qualification; the result doesn't matter as much as progressing to the next round."

Regarding fan support, the "Atlas Lion" player expressed great admiration for the crowd attendance, emphasizing that their backing was a significant factor in securing the victory.
