Paris Saint-Germain clinched their 14th Champions Cup title in history after defeating rivals Olympique Marseille in a match held in Kuwait.
The regular time of the match ended in a 2-2 draw. Ousmane Dembélé opened the scoring for Paris Saint-Germain in the 13th minute. Mason Greenwood then equalized for Olympique Marseille from a penalty kick in the 76th minute.
The final minutes of the game saw significant drama. Olympique Marseille took the lead through an own goal by Paris Saint-Germain's Willian Pacho in the 87th minute, following a cross from Hamed Junior Traoré. However, Gonçalo Ramos dramatically equalized for Paris Saint-Germain in the fourth minute of stoppage time, sending the teams to a penalty shootout.
