Bago (Cameroon Coach): "My Journey Cannot Be Compared to Regragui's, Who Reached World Cup Semifinals"

David Bago, coach of the Cameroonian national team, praised Moroccan coach Walid Regragui, asserting that his own international experience is still in its early stages and cannot be compared to the professional journey of the national coach, who reached the World Cup semifinals.

During the press conference preceding the Africa Cup of Nations quarter-final match against Morocco, Bago stated: "I have just started my international career, so I cannot compare my journey to that of Walid Regragui, who reached the World Cup semifinals."

He added: "I salute the work he is doing with Morocco; he provides a positive image for African coaches worldwide."

It is worth noting that the Moroccan national team will face its Cameroonian counterpart tomorrow, Friday, at Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat, starting at 8:00 PM (GMT +1).
