Ivory Coast national team coach, Emerse Fae, expressed his immense satisfaction with his players' performance following their 3-0 victory over Burkina Faso, which secured their qualification for the Africa Cup of Nations quarter-finals.
Fae stated in the post-match press conference: "I am very happy with the players, and also happy with the technical staff and the accompanying delegation. We played a serious match with great determination."
He added: "We delivered an excellent performance in transitions, especially in the first half, and we were very effective, which helped us secure the victory."
Fae continued: "I am happy with the players' performance and with the excellent mentality shown by the technical staff. The tactical plan was respected, and our offensive efficiency played a decisive role."
