Amrabat Absent from Morocco's Final Training Session Before Tanzania Clash
Morocco international Sofyan Amrabat was absent from the national team's final training session, held this evening at the Mohammed VI Football Complex in Maâmora. This session precedes their anticipated clash against Tanzania in the Round of 16 of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
Amrabat's absence from the final session comes after he remained on the substitutes' bench during Morocco's last match against Zambia, which saw the Atlas Lions secure a comfortable 3-0 victory.
The Atlas Lions are currently continuing their preparations under the supervision of the technical staff. The coaching team is working on finalizing the starting lineup and game plan, with a strong focus evident within the national camp ahead of the knockout rounds.
The Round of 16 match between Morocco and Tanzania is scheduled to take place tomorrow, kicking off at 5:00 PM, at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Complex in Rabat.
