
Moroccan Officials Kachaf and El Farik Named for Angola-Zimbabwe AFCON Match
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has selected three Moroccan officials to be part of the refereeing team for the match between Angola and Zimbabwe, which is part of the second round of the Africa Cup of Nations "Morocco 2025" qualifiers.
Moroccan referee Mostafa Kachaf will serve as the fourth official, while Hamza El Farik has been appointed as the Video Assistant Referee (VAR). Yahya Hadqa will act as a referee assessor.
The match will be officiated by Kenyan referee Peter Waweru Kamaku, assisted by his compatriots Gilbert Kipkoech Cheruiyot and Stephen Eleazar Onyango Yiembe.
The game between the two national teams will take place this Friday at the Marrakech Stadium, kicking off at 1:30 PM (GMT+1).
