Officially: FIFA Announces Saudi Arabia and UAE Share Third Place in Arab Cup 2025

The International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) has announced its decision regarding the third-place playoff match in the FIFA Arab Cup "Qatar 2025," which was scheduled between the national teams of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. The match was initially suspended and subsequently declared incomplete due to adverse weather conditions.

In an official statement, FIFA clarified that, in accordance with the relevant regulations and the International Federation's statutes, the Men's National Teams Committee decided the following: "The match is considered concluded with a 0-0 draw, and both teams will share third place in the tournament."

The statement also indicated that the total prize money allocated for both third and fourth places will be combined and distributed equally between the Saudi and Emirati national teams.
