Zabiri Named Man of the Match in Famalicão vs. Estoril Clash; Moroccan Striker Capitalizes on Coach's Trust

Moroccan striker Yasser Zabiri continued his impressive form with Famalicão, scoring two goals on Sunday in a 4-0 victory over Estoril Praia during Week 14 of the Portuguese League.

Zabiri's outstanding performance in today's match earned him the Man of the Match award. This marks his fourth consecutive start, and he had previously received the same accolade against Moreirense in a 2-2 draw, where he also scored a goal.

Zabiri has effectively capitalized on the trust placed in him by coach Hugo Oliveira, who has started him in the last four matches. This increased playing time comes as a reward for his stellar performance with the Moroccan U20 national team at the U20 World Cup. Prior to the global event, Zabiri had only played 47 minutes across six club appearances.
