Cosmin (UAE Coach): "Morocco Match Will Be Tough, We'll Aim for Victory"

Romanian Cosmin Olăroiu, coach of the UAE national team, has stated that their upcoming Arab Cup semi-final clash against Morocco will be both difficult and challenging. He highlighted the similarity in playing style between the “Atlas Lions” and the Algerian national team.

Speaking at the press conference following his team's match against Algeria, Olăroiu remarked: "The Moroccan national team plays with the same style as the Algerian team. It's a significant match, but we will strive to win it and aim to deliver the same strong performance in the semi-finals."

The UAE coach further emphasized the importance of thorough preparation: "We need to prepare and get ready exceptionally well for this tough semi-final encounter against Morocco, as minor details can ultimately make the difference in such high-stakes matches."

The Moroccan national team is set to face the UAE in the Arab Cup semi-finals on Monday, with kick-off scheduled for 3:30 PM (GMT+1).

The UAE secured their spot in the semi-finals after a thrilling 7-6 penalty shootout victory over Algeria, following a 1-1 draw after extra time.
