The Moroccan reserve national team secured its spot in the semi-finals of the Arab Cup after defeating the Syrian national team 1-0 this Thursday evening. The match took place at Khalifa International Stadium.
The 'Lions' will now face the winner of Friday's highly anticipated clash between Algeria and the UAE. This match will determine Morocco's opponent in the semi-final stage.
Tarik Sektioui, coach of the Moroccan reserve national team, commented on the upcoming opponent, stating: "At this stage, all matches are difficult, and as we progress, the challenges increase. The team that emerges victorious will deserve to face us, and we will play the match against them."
