Syria Coach: "We Tried to Decide Matters, But Morocco Closed Spaces Tightly, and the Result is Realistic"

José Lana, coach of the Syrian national team, expressed his disappointment after their elimination from the Arab Cup quarter-finals following a 1-0 defeat to Morocco. He affirmed that his team would continue to work on correcting mistakes and improving performance in the future.

Speaking at the post-match press conference, Lana said: "The match was extremely difficult. The Moroccan national team possesses high-quality players. We will try to correct our mistakes to deliver a better performance in upcoming tournaments."

The Spanish coach added: "I salute my players for the level they showed. It was a very tough match, and the players worked extremely hard.
